Casa Banano

Tucked into the tropical grounds of Pazifico Villas, Casa Banano is a warm, light-filled retreat where the jungle meets the Pacific coast lifestyle. Designed for couples or small groups seeking something quieter and more personal than a hotel, the villa opens onto a west-facing terrace that catches the afternoon sun and holds it all the way through sunset. Inside, an open-concept living space and fully equipped kitchen with island make it easy to feel at home from the moment you arrive.

The beach and world-famous Lola’s Restaurant are a ten-minute stroll away, while Il Rustico, Fuego Blu, and La Esquina de Avellanas are all within a five-minute walk — everything you need for great food and memorable evenings, right on your doorstep.

Casa Banano's Amenities

Kitchen and Living Area

The west-facing terrace flows seamlessly through sliding doors into an open-concept living room and fully equipped kitchen with island — perfect for slow mornings with coffee or easy meals after a day in the waves. The bright, airy living space includes air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and a 65-inch smart TV for relaxed evenings indoors. A pull-out sofa bed with memory foam mattress provides comfortable additional sleeping space for a third guest.

Outdoor Space

Casa Banano’s west-facing terrace is where the day begins and ends at its best. In the morning, it’s the perfect spot for coffee with jungle views and the chorus of birds waking up around you. As the afternoon light softens into a golden Guanacaste sunset, the terrace becomes something else entirely — a private stage for slow evenings, a glass of wine in hand, a guitar in your lap, and nothing but the sounds of the tropics around you.

The spacious patio overlooks the pool and tropical gardens, seamlessly connecting indoor comfort with outdoor living. Whether you’re hosting a casual dinner outside or simply unwinding after a day of surf, the terrace sets the tone for the kind of vacation you’ll be talking about long after you leave.

Bedrooms & Bathroom

The air-conditioned bedroom features a king-size pillow-top bed designed for restful nights and quiet mornings. Natural light and calming tropical views create a tranquil atmosphere throughout the space, while thoughtful details — including an armoire and personal safe — ensure a comfortable and secure stay. Sliding doors open directly onto the west-facing terrace, inviting in the warm afternoon light and the sounds of the surrounding jungle.

The bathroom is located just steps from the bedroom, with its own private entrance. Modern and well-appointed, it includes hot water and all the essentials you need to freshen up after a day of sun and surf.
